Skittles are coated in food colouring and sugar. When you pour water over the skittles the coloured coating dissolves spreading through the water. These are some we did in class!

Happy Hallowe'en

Nature Walk

Maths Week

We had great fun in 2nd Class playing some Maths games in class during Maths Week. Board games, online games and playing cards are all great ways of bringing Maths into everyday life!

Paper People

We were shown how to make paper people in our 'Wild Explorers' book. We also read the story, 'Paper Dolls' by Julian Donaldson. We followed a tutorial on folding and created these paper dolls!

Welcome to Miss Crowley's 2nd Class

Welcome back to school everyone! It has been wonderful to see so many smiling faces back in the classroom again.
